First developed in 1983, the original DresSports were worn by Rockports vice president Tony Post in the 1990 NYC marathon – a true demonstration of remarkable cushioning and support. Now, almost twenty years later, Rockport is doing it again with DresSports 2. On November 1st, an international team of six athletes will run the New York City Marathon wearing the next generation of the DresSports 2 shoe.

Mine would be ballet boots with an 8" heel! They are the most beautiful of all shoes ever.
